Decide
To meet the world's major challenges, one must be able to make clear-headed decisions. This can only be achieved with a clear vision, controlled execution, while managing stress to strengthen inner resilience, and without forgetting to rely on altruism.
A holistic vision allows us to consider economic development alongside social progress and environmental protection: an essential balance for a sustainable future. It extends beyond the specific area of activity to encompass many others. In this way, choices are informed and lead to positive and lasting impacts.

STRUCTURING ONE'S ACTION
To ensure effective, controlled, and sustainable action, decision-makers must structure their actions over time using a clear reverse timeline. They must incorporate evaluation and adjustment phases and implement appropriate governance to manage the process. A structured operating method is not a constraint but rather a lever for performance and confidence, fostering sustainable actions.
To evaluate is to understand in order to act better and create value for the economy, society and the environment.
To assess its positive and negative impacts, a multitude of areas must be considered, including the economic, social, and environmental aspects. Not just its single area of activity.
Economic : performance, innovation, employment, etc.
Social : working conditions, health, inclusion, training, etc.
Environment : greenhouse gas emissions, resource use, waste, biodiversity, climate, etc.
Education : access to education, skills, awareness…
Governance : ethics, transparency, compliance, risk management, etc.
The evaluation of a project should allow decision-makers to have a vision of its impacts on numerous criteria in order to reduce negative impacts and promote positive impacts.
Today, evaluation requires intellectual effort, but complexity makes systemic analysis difficult. While consulting a firm is an option, the cost can be significant and the results uncertain. SDG Champions France has chosen to use tailored tools that we have developed using a proven and recognized methodology.
Evaluate one's actions systematically at key moments
All evaluations require a recognized framework that guarantees reliable, consistent, and comparable data. Objectivity is linked to clear and shared criteria; the ability to compare projects on a common basis over time and between evaluators allows for improvements. To be credible and strengthen stakeholder trust, the use of a recognized framework is essential. Transparency ensures traceable, fair, and documented evaluations.
The methodology created by SDG Champions France is based on a comprehensive global framework: the Sustainable Development Goals, adopted in 2015 by 197 countries worldwide. The targets systematically address 169 areas, integrating economic development, social progress, and environmental protection.
It has thus become a tool to aid informed decision-making, based on robust and reasoned results to act for the common good through real and measurable progress.
